Phil Johnson characterizes what I have said/done below in the post on John MacArthur's appearance on Larry King Live as "attempt[ing] to score cheap-shot points... against a loved one of mine."
Speak up now, and BE HONEST. Does anyone read that post as a cheap shot??? Is that a fair characterization? Or is Phil's closeness to MacArthur blinding him to something he'd obviously take Joel Osteen apart for?
If the peoples speak and say my words: "I gotta tell you... I think there are better cases to be made from
Scripture for "just war" and I'm really surprised that Johnny Mac
handled this as he did... What do you all think?" are a cheap shot, I'll post an apology. (And please be prepared to tell me exactly why you think it a cheap shot, as well as what the difference between a legitimate question (even one asked to make a point) and a "cheap shot" is.)
