Happy day of birth...... I am in Portland the next 2 days. Down in Newberg.... 40 is a wonderful year. You now are old enough and can drink beer.

Hiya

I stumbled on to your blog because of comments you'd left awhile back on this blog post: www.sfpulpit.com/2007/09/13/john-macarthur-doug-pagitt-and-yoga/ (which I'd gotten to through a Google search).

In any event just wanted to wish you well and mention that your comments were some of the few in that thread that were not wholly dismaying;, and also, as I see on what day this post occured, a Happy Birthday! I turned 40 a few months ago; welcome to this most august body. :)

Bill Kinnon Calling Me Out! (or the problem with Internet Church/Many house churches) Here to what I wrote on I wrote here on Out of Ur (pt 1, pt 2) about some of my thoughts on Internet Church. Okay- so he's not calling me out, per se- but kind of! :) We're really saying the same thing, each of us in our provocative way. And actually, I appreciate this kind of dialogue.
